Do I have to resubmit the same documents for every new buyer?

No. Your company data, certifications, and compliance documents are saved in your Vikri supplier profile after your first submission. When a new buyer requests accreditation, you review what is already on file, add anything new, and submit. You are not starting from scratch every time.

How long does accreditation take through Vikri?

Significantly faster than traditional processes. Because your documents are already saved and Vikri Intelligence processes your submission automatically, what used to take weeks now takes hours. You get accredited faster and can start quoting and receiving orders sooner.

What happens if a buyer flags an issue with my submission?

Issues are raised directly inside the accreditation request in Vikri. You can see exactly what was flagged, respond with clarification or updated documents, and track the resolution in one place. No back and forth over email and no guessing whether your response was received.

Can my accreditation data be shared across multiple buyers?

Your submitted documents and company data are stored in your supplier profile and can be reused across buyer relationships on Vikri. Each buyer makes their own independent accreditation decision, but you do not have to resubmit everything from scratch for each one.

What if my certifications expire or need to be updated?

When a buyer requests a refresh or renewal, Vikri shows you what needs to be updated against what you already have on file. You update only what has changed. Your existing submissions stay intact and your compliance record stays current without resubmitting everything.

Does getting accredited faster actually lead to more business?

What does the AI-verified badge mean for my submission?

When Vikri Intelligence verifies a field, it has compared the value you entered against your supporting documents and confirmed they agree. The AI-verified badge marks that field as checked. The buyer's reviewer then adds a Human-verified badge on top. Both are visible per field. You do not need to explain or re-prove what Vikri Intelligence has already confirmed.

Does my accreditation data stay private?

Yes. Your accreditation documents and submission data are visible only to you and the specific buyer you submitted to. No other buyer can see your documents or review results.
