What's included in the Free tier?
On the buyer side: one procurement seat plus five free internal stakeholder seats, up to 25 active suppliers, 10 RFQs per month, manual workflow, basic vendor master, and a standard accreditation template. On the supplier side: respond to any invited RFQ via email link, with an optional account to save your catalog, profile, and pricing history for reuse.
How do Vikri Intelligence credits work?
Credits meter AI drafting, document processing, and insight generation. Pro buyer seats include 300 credits per month and Premium includes 1,500. Pro supplier seats include 200 credits per month and Scale includes 1,000. When you run out, top up at $5 per 100 credits, self-serve. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I bring my whole team into Vikri without paying per seat?
On the buyer side, every paid procurement seat includes five free internal stakeholder seats for requisitioners, managers, and committee members. Extra stakeholder seats are $4 per seat per month. There's no limit on how many invited suppliers you transact with.
What's the difference between Individual, Team, and Enterprise?
Individual is the self-serve path: card per user, no admin console, no minimum. Team consolidates billing and adds a shared admin console, RBAC, shared catalogs and templates, and a volume discount (−10% at 5+ seats, −15% at 10+, −20% at 25+). Enterprise is procurement-led with invoicing, SSO/SCIM, multi-entity support, and custom terms. You pick the same plan tiers in each model.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Annual prepay is 20% off across all paid tiers on Individual, Team, and Enterprise. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal.
How is Enterprise priced?
Contact us for a quote. Enterprise covers multi-entity support, SSO/SCIM, advanced audit, custom integrations, a dedicated CSM, invoice billing, and bespoke work. We scope and price each engagement to the organization.
Is implementation included?
Vikri is designed to self-deploy, so most teams don't need an implementation project. For mid and large organizations that want help, opt-in deployment services run $2k–$10k by scope, and standard ERP connectors run $1k–$5k each. Enterprise plans include integrations and dedicated onboarding.
Do buyers and suppliers need separate accounts?
No. Buyers and suppliers each have their own workspace in Vikri. They connect through shared transactions. One account per organization, one workspace for your whole team.
