Do buyers and suppliers need separate accounts?

No. Buyers and suppliers each have their own workspace in Vikri. They connect through shared transactions. One account per organization, one workspace for your whole team.

What is included in the free tier?

Buyers get five free seats for internal stakeholders such as requisitioners, approvers, and managers. Procurement and sourcing roles are paid seats. On the supplier side, reviewers and observers with read-only access are free. Active roles including sales, technical sales, fulfilment, and operations are paid seats.

How are seats counted?

On the buyer side, paid seats cover procurement and sourcing roles. The first five internal stakeholder seats are included free. On the supplier side, paid seats cover active workflow roles including sales, technical sales, and fulfilment. Supplier team members who only need visibility into transactions without taking actions are free.

Does Vikri require a long-term contract?

Pricing and contract terms are discussed during onboarding. We do not publish lock-in requirements because they vary by organization size and usage pattern. Book a demo to discuss what works for your team.

What does enterprise pricing cover?
