Vikri is a procurement infrastructure company. We build the coordination layer that buyers, suppliers, and internal teams have been missing.

The problem

The tools were built for a different market.

Enterprise procurement software has been designed, for the most part, around North American and European operating environments. It assumes mature process infrastructure, centralized systems, and a procurement function with authority and visibility across the organization.

That is not how procurement works across most of Southeast Asia.

Here, procurement runs across fragmented systems, relationship-driven supplier networks, and internal teams that coordinate over email, WhatsApp, and meetings. The coordination problem is not a last-mile optimization issue. It is the core issue. And no existing tool was built to solve it at this level.

Vikri was built specifically for this environment. Not adapted for it. Built for it.

The team

Domain expertise, not outside observation.

The Vikri team has spent decades automating procurement and supply chain operations across Southeast Asia. We have worked inside the problem across retail, real estate, construction, and manufacturing. We know what breaks down, where the coordination gaps live, and what a viable solution actually needs to do.

That experience was further developed through MIT's delta v accelerator program, one of the most rigorous startup development environments in the world. Vikri is the product of combining deep regional operating experience with the discipline to build something that scales.

The mission

Procurement infrastructure for Southeast Asia and beyond.

Vikri is not a point solution for one part of the procurement workflow. It is a shared operating layer where buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders coordinate every quote, approval, message, and order in one place.

The long-term ambition is bigger than software seats. Southeast Asia has one of the most dynamic supplier ecosystems in the world. Vikri's goal is to help integrate that ecosystem, make it more competitive, and give organizations across the region the infrastructure to run procurement the way it should work.

We are starting in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. We are building outward from there.
